New Hobby - Photo Gifts

Over the last few months, I have discovered the addictiveness of creating things out of my digital pictures that otherwise just sit on my computer. I wanted to share a couple of the things I've done recently:

Instead of getting an album from our photographer, I did one on my own using KodakGallery. I was able to combine the professional pictures with some from friends and I was really happy with how it turned out. Also, I can share it with all of you easily! Click below to check it out.

Next, I did a quick project for Kevin's birthday. I took three pictures that I took in Hawaii of him golfing and put them on wood mounts (it's what Kodak Gallery just calls Wall Art). I did all three for him to hang in a series in his "sports room". I think they came out pretty well and I'm so glad these pictures get to be shown off!

Anyways, I am not a good photographer by any means, but I think it is really fun to do something with all the pictures we now have on our computer. I highly recommend playing around in Kodak Gallery or any one of the many sites out there and seeing what you can do with your pictures - this is just the tip of the iceberg. It's so easy and really addicting!
